Martin Teuscher
President

Martin is a 5th generation Edmond, Oklahoma Native American and has a diverse background in business and construction. From a young age Martin has been an entrepreneur, starting his first construction company at the age of eighteen. His construction experiences led him to the residential market where he is leading the Edmond community with Silver Stone Homes. Martin is dedicated to making sure our community continues to have exceptional developments with affordable, quality homes. When he founded Silver Stone Homes in 2004, he had a vision that every home he built would be uniquely constructed by quality tradesman using sustainable resources.

Debbie O’Dell
Vice President of Operations

Debbie O’Dell was raised in Yukon, Oklahoma and is a 2006 graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma. She has held positions in property leasing, banking, professional writing, and in the stock market. Prior to joining the Silver Stone Homes team, Debbie held a position with a global company providing marketing and proposal coordination in the architecture, construction, and designbuild industry for multi-million dollar projects. Debbie’s diverse professional background has taught her professional and business standards as well as the ability to work with various personalities and environments. Debbie is excited to be a part of this wonderful team and also to being a part of building your new home.

Jimmy Kester
Builder

Jimmy is a native of Jones, Oklahoma and joined Silver Stone with 20+ years of experience in the construction industry. With his knowledge and experience, Jimmy is able to assess and repair many problems that homeowners may experience. Through many years in the construction business, Jimmy has the ability to communicate and work effectively with Silver Stone’s customers.

Nathan Walters
Builder

Nathan Walters is a native of Mustang, OK but has made Edmond his home since 2006. Nathan has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Accounting from UCO and graduated in the top 1/3 of his class. He enjoys spending time with his wife Emoly and traveling. Nathan is also a big sports fan and was an all-conference and honorable mention all-state basketball player. Nathan’s hard work ethic and dedication combined with his ability to crunch numbers makes him a great asset to the Silver Stone Team.

Stephanie Horner
Design Specialist/Custom Coordinator

Stephanie Horner is originally from Texas but has made Edmond her home for over the past two years. Stephanie is one of the essential smiling faces you will see throughout the design of your new home. She will provide you design expertise to help create the home of your dreams and guide you throughout the decision process. Stephanie’s previous service in the U.S. Army proves she knows how to efficiently complete your home with hard work and integrity.

Sally Teuscher
Account Payable Manager

Sally is a native of Edmond with her family history touching many of those who passed through Edmond Schools. She graduated from Central State University and brings with her 28 years of experience with the IRS. Don’t hold that against her though! Lucky for us her ability to problem solve and work with numbers makes sure the bills get paid.

Erin James
Purchasing Manager

Erin James has been an integral part of the Silver Stone team since 2009. Originally from Southern Oklahoma, she graduated from Seminole State and has studied at UCO. She works with estimating and purchase orders to make sure homes are built using superior products while remaining affordable and on budget. Her ability to communicate with sub contractors, vendors and customers ensures that you are getting a home to last a lifetime.

Heather
Office Coordinator

Heather Hulsey is native of Edmond, Oklahoma. Heather is one of the first smiling faces you will see when you walk into the Silver Stone Design Center. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Business. With over 5 years of experience in customer service, Heather’s ability to communicate, prioritize and multi-task ensures the Silver Stone office runs as smooth as possible. Heather enjoys spending time with her family on the weekends. Heather is excited to be a member of the Silver Stone team and looks forward to the future.

Jennifer Fields
Realtor

Jennifer is a licensed Realtor and top producer with Churchill Brown & Associates. She is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma and a mom to two teenage kiddos. Her extensive knowledge of real estate coupled with market trends, upcoming commercial development, schools and all around community information make her the go to lady for living in Edmond.

Kate Lemon
Realtor Sales Assistant

Kate is a native of Kingfisher, Oklahoma and received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from the University of Central Oklahoma. Upon graduation she became a licensed agent and focused on selling across the metro Oklahoma City area. She enjoys the day-to-day challenges that a career in Real Estate provides and brings her knowledge and enthusiasm to the table to assist the Jennifer Fields sales team.

Danielle is originally from Oklahoma but was raised in Olathe, Kansas. She returned to her roots to work with Jennifer Fields to provide marketing and social medial support for Silver Stone Homes. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors in Business with a minor in Marketing. Her eye for style and outstanding communication skills make her wonderful assets to the Jennifer Fields real estate team.
